Delivery Policy

Gramodyami Enterprises provides digital services only. Nothing is shipped physically.

1. How services are delivered

• Applications and websites are delivered online, as a live link (for example a Cloudflare-hosted URL or your own domain) and, where agreed, as source files.
• Preview links, documents and invoices are shared on WhatsApp or email.

2. Timelines

Each Quotation states the expected timeline for every milestone. Timelines start after we receive your confirmation, the first payment (if any) and the content needed to begin. Delays in content or feedback from your side extend the timeline accordingly.

3. Delivery confirmation

A milestone is delivered when we share a working link or file with you. Acceptance is as described in our Terms & Conditions.

4. Shipping charges

There are no shipping or delivery charges, as all services are delivered digitally.
